My daughter and I started Salsa Babies when she was 6 months old, and we took the class for 8 months. What a great experience it was to be able to carry my child as she shook her maracas and kicked to the beat of the music, while also getting a great workout!
For the last 8 months we have been taking Salsa Tots. It is fascinating to see how much she absorbs from this class, learning something new every week and dancing her little heart out. Both the Salsa Babies and Salsa Tots CD’s are played non-stop in our house and everyone MUST dance!
I truly love these classes! My daughter learns new things and meets new friends every week – so does mommy – it is FANTASTIC!
I am a great supporter of Jessica and J’Adore Dance, as they do great things for the community, either by hosting fundraisers such as Music for Cole, or by having free trial classes all over the city for moms and babies to attend. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for J’Adore Dance!
