Class Policies

Cancellation Policy

Registrations canceled before the first class are subject to a $25 fee.
No refunds are given after the first class, however we will issue class credit valid for 12 months after the original class start date.

Make-Up Class Policy

As parents, we understand that at some point you will most likely miss a class. We try to be as flexible as possible with make-up classes, but will only allow 3 make-up classes per session. If at all possible, please try to let us know ahead of time if you will be missing a class. Please follow this procedure to make up classes:

  1. Contact us by phone (701-4942) or email (info@jadoredance.com) to let us know you will miss / have missed a class and the date of this class.
  2. Give us the location and date you wish to make up your class.
  3. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm this make up class is possible.
  4. If you cannot make up a class at any other location or day, you can make up ONE class during the following session. Please follow the same procedure as above.

Guest / Free Trial Class Policy

At some point you may want to invite a guest to view or participate in the class. Please following this procedure when inviting guests to a class:

  1. Let your instructor know ahead of time you will be inviting a guest to the class. If this guest would like to participate in the class please have them contact Jessica so she can give them the class rundown. All guests participating in a class must sign a waiver before class commences.
  2. If your guest would like to take pictures or film the class please let your instructor know so that she can ask the other participants if they have any issues with pictures being taken. Due to FOIP it is important that we respect individuals rights not to have their picture taken.
  3. Please introduce your guest to your instructor so they know who the person watching the class is.
  4. If your guest is bringing young children please ensure that they bring some sort of activity with them so they do not disrupt the class.
  5. Please note that the instructor and / or Jessica has the right to deny guest entry to any class.
